Unexpected Error in NI MAX

Hi All,

            I see this Error when I try to open the NI-MAX. Please let me know how can this be solved ? Please find the attachments. Looking forward to ur reply

I had a similar issue with Max on startup - error and crash. I reinstlled the NI-GPIB and NI-VISA latest versions and rebooted. the problem was gone. Just a thought.

I have seen that error before. This may help you since it helped me also. Look at this link - http://digital.ni.com/public.nsf/allkb/2C7480E856987FFF862573AE005AB0D9

It shows you how to reset the MAX configuration data.

The NI guys gave me a shortcut for the reset configuration data by double clicking this file  ResetNIConfig.exe program in the C:\Program Files\National Instruments\Shared\Reset NI Config directory.

                 I  have reset the configuration and the error no longer occurs now. Thanks a lot 🙂
