Upgrading OS with some old bords

I'm getting ready to upgrade some testers from windows 2000 to XP and I'm wondering what kind of driver updates I will need to do.  Here are some of my hardware components:

NI PCI 6703

Analog Input 6071B

Dig. IO PCId io 96

Hope these numbers make some sense - does any one know of any problems I will run into?

NI PCI-DIO-96

The informations you want to have can be found in two different sources, the Datasheets, the readme file from the driver (NI-DAQ) and the Data Acquisition (DAQ) Installation/Configuration NI-DAQ Driver Support. 

Regarding the last document, the NI-DAQ Driver support, those devices are supported with the driver Traditional NI-DAQ (Legacy) and the NI-DAQmx. Both drivers could be installed on your computer, and you can find NI-DAQmx under drivers and update
