Using FTD2xx.dll but not seeing device

Hi all,

 

I am evaluating a HMC703  PLL board.  The eval board is connected to PC through a USB interface.  The driver is provided and include ftd2xx.dll.  I am trying to open a connection with a device in labview using the functions in the dll.  The program returns "device not found".  Anyone familiar with Ftd2xx can help ?

Attached is my block diagram and the USBview showing the serial number of the device.  Thanks.
