Using an MCR Series MFC as a pressure regulator.

Does anyone know how to modify Register 20 on an Alicat MFC to the high position so that I can use it as a pressure regulator?

I can hyperterminal into the MFC, but I don't know the command to send which will modify the register.

It isn't a NI product. Wouldn't it make more sense to contact the manufacturer of that equipment?
