VISA address of instrument cannot be refreshed

I used labview 8.6 in Winxp to control instruments such as keithley 2400, 2602, SR830 to perform measurement. Recently, this computer affected by virus, so we reinstalled the system, changed to Win7 system. We can find the instrument in MAX, and also can communicate with instrument. But we failed to control the instrument in Labview 8.6. It seemed that the insrument cannot be found in Labview. After we installed the Ni-VISA 5.1, the problem is still there. Can someone tell me how to do?

LabVIEW 8.6 is not listed as being compatible with window 7.

You probably need to upgrade to a LabVIEW which is compatible

 I reinstall the WinXP system, NI 488.2, then everything is OK.
