VISA error -1073807246

Hello, I have been battling  with this error for months, I've done the updates that are suggested in NI.com, I have checked all of the connections many times, and still no luck. This error comes from a VISA for WattsOn transducer. The WattsOn program has no problem reading the transducer, but in LabVIEW I keep getting this error:

Error -1073807246 occurred at VISA Open in WattsON 1x00.lvlib:Initialize.vi->WattsOn Measurement.vi->Mass Balance DAQ Main.vi. Can someone please help, I feel like there is no end to this!

That error has nothing to do with updates or connections. It would occur if you were running another program that accessed the same port. Are you running this 'WattsOn' program at the same time?

Yes, after trying so many things and loosing patience I can't believe that all I had to do was close the WattsOn program... Thanks very much. I can finally continue with this project.
