I am running into a problem where I go to install NI-VISA 4.6.2 in Snow Leopard and it gives me an error saying that I need to switch to a 32 bit version of the kernel to install it. I find this absurd because all macs since the Core 2 Duo have a 64 bit mode that Snow Leopard will automatically switch into. I thought that 32 bit versions will automatically run for programs that don't have a 64 bit version. What is going on and how can I fix this?
Thanks!
