VISA resource name did not show anything

Hello!

Could you help me please?

I'm using Labview 8.6. I've got problems with connectivity:

With the program measurement & Automation i can see my instrument (in this case Agilent 8153), but when using the Labview, i can't see any type of VISA resource name. As you can see in the image below. I try the refresh but none instrument appear on the window.

I already turn off the anti-virus and the windows firewall but the problem still exists.

A search of that error code would have given you the answer to your question. A read of the error code should have also given you a clue. You don't have NI-VISA installed. Install it.
