VXI IRIG Card code for NTP Server

I've got a VXI IRIG card which needs to serve up time for my instrumentation as well as my windows PC which is crunching the data.  Has anybody generated a simple NTP server to serve up time for the PC(s) using the IRIG as the time standard?  Then all my equipment is using the same time source.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.  I called the manufacturer and they said I would have to write it on my own they don't have any interfaces to support NTP.

I don’t have any code developed but that’s an interesting use, maybe someone else on the community has done this already. If you do decide to develop it yourself, this forum is a good place to post your code and get feedback and constructive criticism.
