What are the differences between TNT4882AQ and TNT4882BQ?

Previous designs I've impemented used the TNT4882AQ ASIC and now I see that the chip has been revised to BQ. What are the differences?

The BQ chip is the same chip as the AQ.  The only difference is some of the packaging (for instance, you cannot order a single chip any longer. You must order a tray of 66).  You can drop the BQ chips in and your design should be unaffected.

I'm going to have to correct myself after getting more information: there were some design changes from the AQ to the BQ, but the chip should still drop into your AQ design without a problem.
