I have an application that is written in VC++ using Visual Studio. When I run the app under NI 3.1.1 or NI 3.2.3 it sometimes returns Error -6 (E_RESOURCE). This error is usually associated with a call to nifDownloadDomain. What are the possible causes of this error? Is the problem on the PC or the field device or both?
