Try to view <> from LabVIEW examples. I use it and everything was ok.

This VI demonstrates the basic idea of using the OLE Automation VIs by writing a Table into an Excel WorkSheet.

Il est tres important de fermer toutes les references sur tous les objets ouvertes lors de votre programmation en activex sous LabVIEW.
