What software? LabVIEW? LabWindows? VB? C? .NET? Java? Python? Ruby? Pascal? ...

Use IDNET.

If it's Labview I did a quick search in google and came across a zip file which contains a library for this PSU, called hp6xxxa.zip.  It's also on NI Home > NI Developer Zone > Instrument Driver Network.

You do not need to upload the library, as it's already in IDNET. We already know about IDNET, and in fact I had provided the link in my reply, so there was no need to go to Google. IDNET is the repository for instrument drivers. Also, the driver you downloaded is the older LLB-style version. You're better off with the project-style version.

No need to apologize. I wasn't castigating you - I was just pointing out that that the drivers are already available for download in IDNET.
