Why the count register of TNT4882 dont grow while writting to GPIB bus

Hi,I'm using tnt4882 with a MCU,It can run only once.When I write to tnt4882 through GPIB bus,it can receive that message.but when tnt4882 write back , the program cant get out from the writting function,because isr3=0x04(E_Done =0 and COUNT dont grow but equal to the original setting value).And TACS is assertted.
