about nat9914

hi,is there anyone who do something about ic:NAT9914.I connect the AT89C52 to the nat9914,and I wanna achieve the GPIB function.and there is a RS232 port and GPIB port on my PCB.how can I make sure that the PC connects the 9914 correctly??
