acquiring logic probe with signal express (Tektronik MSO 2024)

Hello All,

I'm trying to acquire for the first time the logic probe of my oscilloscope (MSO2024) with Signal Express 2.5.

Once the oscilloscope is recognized, I'm only able to select the 4 probe but not the d0-d15 logical probe.

Is it possible to measure them or not?

Hello divivoma87,

you should be able to read also the digital inputs of your oscilloscope. 

Be sure that you select "Digital input" as kind of signal you want to analyze.
