ag34461a capacitance measurement

Hello,

Could someone advise me how to measure the capacity using the DMM ag34461a via the IVI driver? I have a driver and ag3446x.dll library from 2016 and when I choose the 1004 capacitance measurement method, I cannot set any range or resolution and it keeps giving me the error that I have incorrect parameters. It doesn't write an error with the auto range, but it won't measure anything.

I would try plain SCPI commands in MAX or LV.

Isn't there a comand logger in MAX to monitor the driver commands?

I once had a problem witha driver due to an old firmware in my hardware .. and fixed the driver ... (the instrument was calibrated, so an update has to wait...)
