Talk to the instrument manufacturer about use if possible with LabVIEW.

All of the drivers that NI has are listed here. There are only a few for Shimazdu and only balances. None for the other vendor. In order to control with LabVIEW (or any other programming language), the instrument must have a remote control connection that you can connect to the pc and a published specification for that remote control. As mentioned by nyc, you need to start with the vendor.
