blue screen using USB-GPIB converter and USB DAQ

I have created an application that contains several tasks using the USB-DAQ chassis and also communicates to a device using a USB-GPIB converter.  The system seemed fine during development and testing, we got one blue screen when the USB-GPIB converter was unplugged and thought that was an isolated incident.  Since delivering the unit to the customer, they have been experiencing blue screens with increasing frequency until the unit is essentially unusable.  The first blue screen takes a day or so, then it happens more and more often until is every couple of hours or less.  Rebooting between tests doesn't seem to help.  I have replicated the same problem on 2 computers, a dell vostro 400 and a dell precision 690.  The message is the same "beginning physical memory dump 0x0000008e" along with some other codes.  The DAQ chassis has three cards installed, an rtd input, an 8 channel 24V input and a 32 channel output.  I am using one of the 24V inputs as a counter.  I would rather not post the code but would appreciate any help.

Hi maeco,

Could you tell me which versions of NI-DAQmx and NI-488.2 you have? Also, are you distributing an installer or an executable to the customer? Which version of LabVIEW was this developed on?

It's going to be really difficult to isolate what is causing the issue here. Will it be possible to try and eliminate either the USB-DAQ (CompactDAQ?) or USB-GPIB from the code to see if the behavior occurs?

Let us know, thanks!
