Hello!
Depending on what class your USB device belongs to, you should be able to communicate with it using NI-VISA. To download NI-VISA, take a look at this link for the apprpriate version for your Operating System. You'll need the full version (under the "Drivers" section). Hope this helps. Thanks!

I'm sorry for asking such silly question. When I read whole file (the one you suggested), then I come to know about NI-USB. Now I will try to work on it and upto how much level I get success, will inform you.
But in future if I face any problem in my project, please help me.
Thanking you.
Tanmaya

I'm confused. The pdf file you posted with information about the instrument said a LabVIEW driver was available from the vendor.
When you started the wizard, did you click the USB radio button? What version of NI-VISA do you have?
And, before you go down this road with the driver wizard, do you have information from the vendor as to the type of device it is. Unless the instrument is USB-TMC, you will need very detailed low level information from the vendor. Do you have any reference to the instrument's USB connection that you can post or provide a link?
