does changing the sweep time of a network analyzer affect calibration?

This is more of a general question...  I'm using LV 7.1 to read/write to an Agilent Network Analyzer.

I'm working out a timing bug and, while I haven't fixed it yet, I was thinking for an interim workaround,
that the user manually slow down the sweep speed just before starting the test.  However, calibration is
performed before the user can get to a point in the program where they can manually set the sweep time.

Will this affect the calibration?

I was thinking that only the start freq, stop freq, IF bandwidth, and number of points would have an affect on cal.

Thanks!

Hello Chuck,

It does not seem that this should affect the calibration.  I know that Agilent does have a discussion forum that may be better equipped to handle questions about the calibration of the instrument.
