error 1334 missing file

i was installng a NI VISA Run Time Engie soft panel, but when i do it appears this problem (see the photo), i have looked for some solution and i cant no find anything, i also look for the folder where the file is and it there then i do not know wthat the problem is.

Hi Cristianeq:

     Could you point me to the link of the VISA Run Time Engine that you are downlaoding? 

     In the installation do you just download the installer, run the .exe and get that error? Or is there anything in between those steps?      

     Also have you considered downloading the full NI VISA (which would take up more space but have the full VISA functionalities)?
