error -410 from HP33120a

I'm trying to control a  HP33120a  through serial port. I downloaded the driver (project type) and run the example "Agilent 33xxx series generate standard waveform.vi"  but always got the "Error-1074000000 occurred at Agilent 33xxx series lvlib: Error Query.vi".

 

It also gave the following in error message box

 

"Possible reason(s): 

Instrument reports:

 -410, "Query Interrupted"

 +0, "No error"

I'm very new in Labview and instrument control. Please give me some advice how to troubleshot this problem.

Hello, This is a instrument specific error, which means that the Agilent driver is evoking it in certain situations. Have you talked with them about this error?
