how can i communicate with the 46c n2o analyzer from thermo ei?

I have problems with the communication with the TEI 46C N2O analyzer. It doesn't respond, although I did as described in the manual. Had anyone had a similar problem?

I need more infos to solve the problem, is it possible to isolate the problem a little? I think you use a GPIB Interface, if this is right, which do you use? Have you installed the current driver? Do you get an error message?

I have found a LabView Driver for this instrument, so the communication works now (RS232 interface).

How can anyone help if you don't provide the error message (and exact code) that yu are getting?
