how to connect measurement with 9 pin serial port to CB-68LP with PCI-6251?

I have balance measurement and I need to connect it to CB-68LP connector block which is connected to PCI-6251. Measurement has 9 pin serial connector- which connector block pinouts I need to connect with serial connector pinouts?

If it is truly a serial port on the instrument, then you do not connect it to a PCI-6251. You would connect it to a serial port on your pc. In theroy, you could write a program for the 6251 that emulates a serial port UART but I have never seen one and I imagine it would take quite a bit of time. A USB-RS232 adapter is very cheap.
