ieee cec 488ex WinXP driver

A CEC 488EX IEEE GPIB card, which runs withount malfunction on a Win2000 system, was moved to a WinXP PC and installed.
I used the the same setupnt.exe for installing the cec488.sys but it did not lead to success.

The board could not be found under WinXP.

- The Win2000 system signals an  I/O address conflict, but there is no overlapping I/O memory shown in the device manager.
   Also, no conflict can be observed using the test program test488.
- Same behaviour on WinXP, but test488 signals an I/O address conflict. No overlapping I/O memory shown in the device manager.
- I did not find another adequate driver for the CEC 488EX.

Is there any idea or help?
