instrument driver initialization error

I was trying to contol the power supply using GPIB. The Power supply model is HP 6623A.

I got the error message when I tried to initialze the device using hp662xa Initialize.vi.

Error code:-1073807343.

Error description:hp662xa Initialize.vi<ERR>Driver Status:  (Hex 0xBFFF0011) Insufficient location information or the requested device or resource is not present in the system.

Would anyone be able to help me why this problem?

Also could anyone send me the link to the correct driver.

The first thing I do when I have a GPIB communication problem with an instrument is to start up MAX Measurement Explorer and try to communicate to the instrument.

You've got the correct driver. Are you sure you have the correct address for the instrument? In MAX, did you right click on the GPIB interface and select Scan for Instruments? Was it found and if so, did you use that address with the driver? If you click on the little down arrow of the VISA Resource Name Control, it will list all available resources. Pick the one that corresponds to your instrument.
