keithley 2400 4-wire configuration

I am new to LabView, I was told to alter a program such that it would allow the Keithley 2400 Sourcemeter to use "4-Wire Sensing", I followed the steps recommended on another post and I was able to get the device to think it was in "4W", in as mucha s the screeen said 4W on it. However, my PI told me that the readings were not what he expected 4W would produce, and that he wanted the two of the wires to run a bias  (voltage) and the other two to measure the current produced. I do not see any hardware configuration in any of the VI's on the VI tree, and I dont know how I would go abnout this here is my code

Hi

except that a lot of vi's are not present, you also have the blockdiagram password protected, so I cannot look inside.

4 wire connection means that of the four connections on the front of the 2400 are all four connected to the device via as long as needed (and not longer).

In that way the voltage drop on the current wires is not seen by the instrument.
