keithley 2700 driver problem : VISA Resource not found

I am using Keithley 2700 DMM along with two 7702 scanner cards along with Keithley GPIB PCI card and GPIB cable connecting the DMM and the PC.

I downloaded the project style driver of the Keithley 2700 and loaded into my base PC.

I created an executable for running the scanning process in another PC (client).

I have installed on the client, the LV runtime engine 2011, the Keithley GPIB PCI card driver (shows up in device manager with out any errors), the VISA RT engine 5.0. 

Still when i get the drop down menu for the VISA Resource name, i can only find COM ports. The GPIB0::X::INSTR cound not be found.

Please help me how i can bring this VISA resource name in the client PC.

What made you decide to use a GPIB card from Keithley? Did you install their version of VISA? Did you enable tulip support?

Dear Dennis

We had stock of Keithley GPIB card, and hence used it.

The probelm has been pondered over and the solution has been found.

Solution was: GPIB option in the Keithley 2700 was turned OFF. I enabled it and

the system worked out successfully.
