keithley2400 & 2700 with 7700

Hi. I have a keithley-2400 and 2700 with 7700 card. I want use 2400 current source, 2700 to measure Voltage and read resistance (R=V/I) for 4-wire system.

I need read 4 resistance values.

R21,34 = V34/I21
R32,41 = V41/I32
R43,12 = V12/I43
R14,23 = V23/I14,

But I cant set 7700 chanels for 4-wire (I am not sure). Any Body can check its and help me?

Thanks...

Looks like 7700 accommodates 4-wire measurements via channel pairing. On page 2-34 of the 2700 Manual attached, it talks about how the channels are paired and what function need to be selected. To open and close system channels you can use commands ROUTe:MULTiple:CLOSe and ROUTe:MULTiple:OPEN. More information about these commands can be found on page 2-20. Have you tried using ROUTe:MULTiple:CLOSe? to see which channels are closed after you send the command to close the channel?

Note: If you see 😮 above, it should actually be a colon and the letter O.
