After few email exchanges with Engineers in Germany, we determined that I didn't have the right control unit. I had 350-S instead of 350-XL. Today I received 350-XL and tried to run the t350 gas analyzer example again. This time I see the slave mode on the control unit but my labview program shuts down immediately. Any ideas what could be the reason and what are things I can try?
Thank you.

Hello,
I am using the TESTO 635 device with usb connection.
I'd like to use labview to read the data and therefore i downloaded the
labview toolbox from the TESTO website http://www.testo.com/online/abaxx-?$part=PORTAL.INT.ProductCategoryDesk&$event=go-home
but unfortunately I can't make it work.
It looks like the required dll is missing.
In the attachment I put the print screen of initialization vi giving the error.
Can somebody help me?
thank you

Hello,
The teso toolbox available on website is incomplete. Please ask TESTO (I took help from TESTO, Germany) to provide you the correct TESTO toolbox. They will give you a link from where you can download the correct toolbox.
Thanks,

Hi
You have to ask testo for the complete toolbox that has over 80MB... the one in the site is no good for this... 😞
They will give you a link to download the toolbox.
Hope this helps

Hi,
Testo toolbox CD I got from the Germany for 350 didn't work. I spent significant time tracing the problem and talking to engineer in Germany but they couldn't give me any solution as the Labview example VI's in the CD were very old.
I suggest do not waist time and find alternate solution like using Easyemission software or getting an analog output box with 6 channels. Testo has this box as an accessory.
Thanks.

Hi RSavadekar,
I had exactly the same problem, but I got the idea that the problem was limited to the 350-S, and only to program the control unit (350-S). But the german engineer redesigned some dll's so got LV to acquire the values...
Maybe with other gas analyzers and control units the problem is not so complicated.
