Hello,

With the NI serial card (like PCI843x), can I use the offered high rate transfer on  non real-time system ?
In fact I do not know how to interpret: NI-Serial 3.0 adds support for the PXI/PCI-843x family of hardware on LabVIEW Real-Time.

Hi Pdupre,

Our 843x serial boards will run as specified under non-realtime systems. The note on the NI serial 3.0 readme means that these boards are now supported by the NI serial drivers. In summary, our 843x serial boards will run at the full advertised speed on both RT and non-RT systems.
