nigpib-0.8.2 crashes RedHat 8.0

The proposed fix for Redhat 8.0 of forcing (insmod -f) the 0.8.2 driver to load, does load the driver, but the kernel will crash whenever a FindLstn command is issued.

I verified the crash in both my C++ application and in the ibic program supplied by NI.

I also verified that when I switched back to a 2.4.9 kernel, the crash doesn't occur.
