I downloaded a plug and play driver to control a pump with serial interface.

I am a beginner and I don't know too much about that to run the system.

What should I do to run?

You don't know what the manual for the instrument is? First step is for you to read it and understand the instrument.

There are links on the Instrument Driver Network that explain what a driver is and how to use one. In LabVIEW, open the example finder and expand Hardware Input and Output>Instrument Drivers>LabVIEW Plug and Play. If you got a project style driver, example(s) will be there. Otherwise look on the driver palette.
