"The hardware is temporarily non-functional" in Hardware Configuration Utility

Hi everyone,

I’m encountering an error in the Hardware Configuration Utility that says:

"The hardware is temporarily non-functional. Functionality can be restored through corrective action with some physical user interaction."

This error seems to be preventing me from connecting to my USB-6001 device through MATLAB, even though the device appears to be recognized and functional when viewed in NI MAX. I’ve uninstall and install everything several times and still not working.

• Device Model: USB-6001

• MATLAB Version: R2024b

• NI MAX Version: 2023 Q3

• Operating System: Windows 10

I’ve also attached screenshots of the error message for reference.

Has anyone encountered this issue before? Any suggestions on how to resolve it or steps to restore functionality?
