That looks okay. Check the cable connection. I don't know what else to try.

Hello,

I already connected the scope with a RS232 cable, but nothing...

I'm sending a prtscr of the NIMAX with the Serial Ports, should the interface name be "Unknown" or i need to install some scope drivers?

I already changed the options to be the same on labview and scope.

What should i do now?

Thanks

I don't believe the unknown name should cause a problem. What version of NI-VISA are you using. Perhaps an update or repair could fix the GPIB and serial issues.

That's very old. The latest is at http://www.ni.com/download/ni-visa-5.4.1/4626/en/.

What is your version of LabVIEW and what OS? You would need to check comparability of both.
