tektronix labview 8.2 error

hi

I have installed driver for tektronix labview 8.2 with lab top and usb wire

then i used the example in the driver to acouring the signal

but the laptop shows one messege that (tektronix is CAMIRA NOTWOTK SCAN)

and the driver of camira started  defined tektronix as camira

any help please

the error  is

Error-1073807346 occured at VISA open  in

Tektronix TDS 200 1000 2000 Series.lvlib:Error

Query.vi->Tektronix 200 1000 2000

Series.lvlib:Autosetup.vi->Tektronix TDS 200

1000 2000 Series Acquire Waveform.vi 

Possible reason(s):

VISA: (HEX 0xBFFF000E) The given session or object reference is invalid.

please post your vi with the current values (during your test) made current values.

now I can only guess what you filled in for the visa resource name.

And another question what bus are you using, serial, gpib or tcp/ip?

i used the oscillscpe driver example

in beganing it worked for 2 days then stoped

i using serial usb

Hi

This is probably a hickup in the serial interface,

Not all usb serial lines are correct.

Also the 10 ms timing is probably much too short. The transport of a waveform takes probably more time.

Chaeck also if your system looses memory in the task manager. If memory is full all programs get problems.

in fact that problem happend when i used another Tektronix oscillscope

so i return the previous Oscillscope

and it worked properly
