I have downloaded the Watlow96.llb from Brian Vibert, found on these forums, and am having a problem actually reading the temp from my controllers. When I run the WATReadTemp.vi, it gives me a CRC Error in ModRead.vi, code 6000. I traced the subvi's back until I found the ModRead vi, and I can determine where the error message is coming from. But I think the coding is fine (I haven't fiddled with it). As far as I can tell, the I/O timing of the system (controller->LabVIEW) is not correct. I have it reading the correct COM port, I'm not too sure on what number the address is supposed to be, and I believe I have the baud rate and similar settings correct.
Has anyone else run into this problem, or similar? I simply downloaded the driver, and the controller, then ran the vi. I don't know how to handle this error.
