Is that means ke24xx can be used at ke2400 and ke2440 and... all the module??

Is that means that I can use the subvi to do programmatic ?  no need to write all these subvis one by one?

The Ke2400 is an IVI driver for all the 2400 models.

The Ke24xx is a VXIPnP driver for all the 2400 models.

They both have LV wrappers and can be downloaded at www.keithley.com

        The first place to look for instrument drivers is ni.com/idnet

I found the Keithly driver that you were looking for here.  There is both a LabVIEW version and an IVI version.
