In LabVIEW, go to Tools>Instrumentation>Find Instrument Drivers or go straight to the Instrument Driver Network.

There are IVI and LabVIEW project style drivers.

You did not follow the instructions correctly if that is the path. You need to place the driver in the instr.lib folder.

Well, you said you placed it in C:/programs/national instrument/ Labview 8.5 and that's not correct. If you actually did place it in the inst.lib folder, there should be a folder under that called 'Agilent ESA PSA Series' and under that are 'Examples', 'Private', 'Public' folders, some 'Agilent ESA PSA Series' files, and a dir.menu file.

If you want, use windows explorer to show the contents of your instr.lib folder with every thing related to the Agilent folder expanded. Take a screen shot, save it as a png file, and attach it.

Why do you need to program anything? You just need to press Alt-Prnt Scrn. Open Paint and do an Edit>Paste.

What you said was "How can i see vi's related to this drivers." which I took to mean that the driver functions were not visible on your palette. Thats a lot different than not being able to see a spectrum on the instrument. I really don't know what your problem is now.

Whether you can see the functions on the palette or whether you can't see a spectrum, you will probably need to look in the manual to see whether there is a command to take a screen shot. I've always taken an image of my LabVIEW front panel as something much simpler to do.
