DETT Alternate Trace Tool in LabVIEW

This is an early look at an alternate DETT Viewer done in LabVIEW.   It shows some added functionality:

• Search Box
• Highlight trace events in the same call chain (Blue Bold text)
• deemphasis events from different top-level VIs (such as is common with DQMH, Messenger, or AF) by making the text grey
