Feedback and Ideas about the Session “Consideration for the Sensei”:

Here we collected your Feedback from our survey as well as what you told us in person – this Document is still under construction so feel free to share your Ideas.

1. Where I can get the T-Shirt -> PDF in the attachment of the post 😉
2. Schedule Dojo-Meetings on a regular basis 3 to 4 times a year is recommended
3. Be not afraid, of Meetings with just 5 scholars. It will still have value for you – keep going
4. Consider that people are afraid and feel that there are just Sensei’s in the Dojo – consider to invite people by Web (Skype,…) to overcome this fears. An additional option would be to share pictures from the last meeting with smiling faces on you user group community page
5. Never think what you know is to little – there are always people interested in your Ideas – I’am 😉
6. Balancing between “beginners” and “advanced” content is challenging – yes, it is
7. If it makes sense create smaller working groups about e.g. advanced topic like Jenkins and let them create a presentation like “Get started with…” for the hole group and also let newbies work on exercises together and share their outcome/experience with the hole group
8. Bring in your current architectural challenges and discuss this with the hole group. You will get advice from lot of different angels what is always very valuable for your SW Architecture.

Hey J.CHEN,

Great that you are interested in this! The Programm allready started years ago with the LLUGs (Local LabVIEW User Groups). You can search for one or start to create your own one here. Chat with NI to get  more contacts how could be intrested in joining such a group early one ;). If you have Ideas how to improve that User Groups, how to run them or make them more effective please fill in our survey. You can create your own T-Shirt ;). Karsten allready added the original drawings to our Session post.
