CHANNEL INVERSE MIMO FRAMEWORK dimension

Output of Channel Estimation is 4 subcarrier per clock. The estimation as written in document happens every resource block. But I am unable to comprehend about arrangement of channel measurements or 12 UEs corresponding to 1200 subcarrier with respect to each antenna of BS.

Q as in above figure is 1*4 array while channel Inverse is 1*12. What these 12 columns stand for? 12 subcarrier for an antenna with output coming from one antenna every clock or channel from BS antenna (single antenna) to 12 UEs.

It reads:

" the received matrix 𝐐 is split to 𝐐𝟏 and 𝐐𝟐 matrices. It calculates the multiplication between 𝐐𝟐 and 𝐐𝟏 𝑯 using 4 matrix multiplications (for four subcarriers at a time) and take the sum of them to get the full matrix. The resulting vector from 12 elements per cycle is then multiplied by the reciprocal of sigma. The resulting channel inverse matrix has the order of 12 subcarriers times number of antennas, for example 128. It is then provided to the channel equalization module with the corresponding timing flags. As it is shown in Figure 38, one vector is provided per cycle. The vector has one column and 12 rows. If there are 128 antennas, 128 columns will be provided over 128 cycles. The size of 𝐖 matrix is 12×128."

What corresponds to 12 here?
