SISO TDD OFDM on NI USRP-RIO example in LabVIEW Comms does not work with two devices

I just want to ask if this example suitable for video streaming.

that i already create an video using ff mpeg compression technique, can i send this video to this OFDM example and then receiving it using  NI USRP-RIO,
