labview communications design suite 1.1 not working

Don't know why but suddenly the LabVIEW CSDS 1.1 stopped working. Whenever I try to open it, this message pops up.

Sorry to hear that you are having issues. Does the error occur when opening a specific project? Or does this occur just opening the IDE? Do you recall any recent changes that may have occured to the PC? Have you tried a repair on the software yet?
