Team Foundation Server / TestStand 4.2.1 - setup help??

I have been tasked with trying to integrate Team Foundation Server with TestStand 4.2.1- I cannot find any tutorials anywhere to help me out.

Can anyone please tell me what I need to do to get this to work???
