Blackfin Timed Loop works in VDSP++ with .dxe but not in Labview

Hello,

I have a timed loop with a period of 4ms wich turns all LED's on and of.

My oscilloscope shows that the LED*s are activated for 5ms, than turnd off for 45ms,  activated for 5ms, than turnd off for 45ms, .... and so on.

If I load the dxe file into VDSP++ all LEDs are blinking every 5ms.

I am using LV 8.6 embedded evaluation
