How can I connect a LM3S8962 EV board to a Micrologix1100 PLC using the Ethernet port?

Hi, I am using a LM3S8962 evaluation board and want to connect the board to a micrologix1100 PLC to transfer some data.

I can connect from my computer to the PLC using lab-view and tcp/ip functions, but when I ran the same program on the ARM target I can not establish the communication.

I am using libraries from this link to connect to the PLC : http://decibel.ni.com/content/docs/DOC-13024

I have the evaluation board but not that PLC.  If you have one working setup and one non-working, you can try to compare the two to see what is different.  If you wanted to compare the actual ethernet packets, I would recommend Wireshark.

Also, feel free to post a comment at the bottom of the example.  It's possible that the creator of that code can help (if the hardware is still on hand).
