Run startup fom Xfce Desktop Environment

Hello, i want to ask if I can run startup fom Xfce Desktop Environment. I work with cRio-9038 with NI Linux Real-Time and embedded UI. In Xfce enviromet is located file here c:\ni-rt\startup\startup.rtexe but i don't know how to start the file. Is it posible run just after reboot like startup or can I do it somehow again in enviroment? Thank You for answer.
