Here's something else to try: If you are using any LabVIEW Advanced Analysis VIs, they will contain a Call Library Function Node. The configuration of that node will be set to re-entrant execution. You can change this to "Run in UI thread". If you are using nodes that call re-entrant CLF nodes, try changing them to run in UI thread, and see if that helps.

More feedback on this issue: Leave all global VIs open throughout your development process. We did this with your code and it caused the issue not to occur. We know why, so we are working towards implementing a fix. Until a potential fix gets implemented into a new version of the software, use this as a workaround. Please let me know if this does/doesn't work.
